Dear
Sir or Madam:
I
am emailing to try and get a little more information on the health care
situation over in Africa. Is it possible to help out more in Africa besides
donating money to the cause by maybe possibly volunteering for a program over
there? Also how many people in Africa actually have access to medical care that
they are able to afford?
